One omission in my view:
I miss where the various standard deviation calculations derive from in the control chart UCL and LCL calculations. I understand the practical point of view in not mentioning. However I miss a reference ( to statistics knowledge). Not academic. I feel sort of trained like a monkey on the isssue of calculating controll chart limits. Maybe the BB course will fill that gap.

1. The exam seems to have vocabulary that is not explored in the coursework. Perhaps exam questions are taken from black belt?
2. A round of thorough copyediting would improve. There were errors i.e., in the quizzes (and exam) that could easily be caught by a copyeditor (I did not make immediate note of these - but for example I believe one question in exam says "b. Both B and C" which makes no sense.)
3. Signing in for the exam requires a huge number of confusing steps and could be streamlined.

What I felt could be a bit improved:
1. More tricky questions to stimulate the trainees to be more attentive to the details and apply critical thinking
2. Last chapter with Control was a really nice one, as the tree with all the control charts and when to use them was visualizing the material and giving a good hint on when to use what. I would really appreciate to have a similar table or trees for the previous chapters
3. More case studies and explanation for the specific scenarios whenever a calculation is coming into the scene and some examples on services not just products
4. Emphasize on Excel or Google sheets along with minitab, as the majority of companies would use the former ones for the calculations.
