2. The Black belt course has a lack of downloadable resources. Ok, so those areas covered in earlier courses, may not need downloads, but areas such as KANO model, this has no downloads.

I started my journey in April 2019, with this excellent course. But wait. I don't want to raise your expectations. Just taking this course YOU WILL NOT PASS THE EXAM. The exam is 4 hours long and 165 questions of very analytical reasoning. Stats as Fck!!!.

To study I got the Official book of ASQ, The Primer of the Quality Council of Indiana, The 1000 questions bank of the Quality Council of Indiana and the 540 question banks of the ASQ website.
