So, this course is a good way to start the collaboration in such circumstances. I did learn a few things! [1]... Read More

This course has very clear and entertaining presentations and animations. It tries to explain complicated things in a simple way, and succeeds in most cases. The last 5 sections on regression analysis were the most difficult. They lacked the practical exercises that were included in the previous sections. Nevertheless, they provide valuable practical knowledge about regression analysis. After the course, I may not profficient in regression analysis, but I am more aware of what statistics can give me and how many mistakes can be made in statistical assumptions and calculations. In general the course has good content, however there are some topics about BA role that could be imprrved. In some of the sections I saw that a common BA career path ends up with a PO role. Does this mean that to be a PO you must be a senior BA? I don't think so, both roles are complementary and have the same importance and requires different skills. I believe a BA can perfectly fit in PO role but sometimes a PO is not easily considered as a BA. Additionally, this course should expliot other BA skills useful for an agile organization and that no other role can cover. As an example, an experinced BA could be a cross organization supporter, especially in large projects which involve several teams, BA role is quite important by having the whole vision of the business needs and by having a deep knowledge of the company's business. From this point of view a BA can support all the involved teams to help them to achieie their individual goals and to help out the company to improve its products. [5]... Read More
